袁玉芳女士，北京大董烤鴨店有限責任公司副總經理。為大董烤鴨工作將近30年，在她的管理下,大董中餐已名揚海內外， 自2008年起連續獲得TIMEOUT雜志“最佳餐廳”稱號，對于她自身而言，同樣也獲得了終生榮譽。

在袁女士的日常工作中，食物和葡萄酒的搭配是很重要的一部分，在品嘗了各個著名產區的葡萄酒后，她發現波爾多波亞克地區的葡萄酒搭配中餐是極佳的選擇。不僅僅是因為平衡的口感，而是因為其豐富的文化內涵。

正如她常說的，人的生命是有限的，選擇最適合自己的才是最好的。

Madame YUAN Yufang is the vice president of Beijing Dadong Duck Restaurant. She has been working for Dadong for almost 30 years. Under her management,Dadong Chinese cusine has been well-known all over the world and continuously awarded The Best Restaurant by Timeout magazine since 2008, and for herself, also received a Life-Long honor.

In Madame YUAN's daily working, food- and -wine matching is an important part. After tasted thousands of wines from famous appellations, she found the wine from Bordeaux, especially from Pauillac, could perfectly match Chinese food, not only because of the well-balance of their taste, but also the rich culture connotation.

As she always said the quota of life is limited, so she only selected the most appropriate one.
