劉為忠先生是一位著名的民營企業家、銀行股東、金融租賃公司股東，其投資也進入了房地產等領域，同時運營著譚家菜餐廳。并且為著名餐飲品牌：大董烤鴨，提供運營場所。

劉先生的譚家菜餐廳已與梅多克產區合作20余年，因此他在過去的幾年中曾多次訪問瑪歌村、格拉夫、圣朱利安和其它著名的法定優質產區。值得一提的是，他曾和瑪歌酒莊的總經理兼釀酒師Paul PONTALLIER以及他的兒子Thibault PONTALLIER在北京四季酒店共同品嘗古堡瑪歌葡萄酒。

作為一個杰出的的葡萄酒愛好者，劉先生曾多次被邀請到香港葡萄酒拍賣會。

Mr.LIU Weizhong is a famous Private entrepreneur, bank shareholder, financial lease company shareholder, and whose investments also got into the real estate and B&F. Besides running a Tanjia cuisine restaurant, he also supplies the places and joints managing the famous Beijing duck brand, Dadong.

Mr.LIU has been dealing with wine from Medoc in his Tanjia cuisine restaurant for over 20 years. Therefore, he visited Margaux, Graves, St.Julien and other famous appellations many times in the past years. It's worthy to be mentioned that he ever tasted Chateau Margaux with Paul PONTALLIER and Thibault PONTALLIER in Beijing Four Seasons Hotel.

As a fan of wine Mr. LIU has been invited to HongKong wine auction repeatedly.
